Central Government Schemes
Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) will provide adequate food grains for free to over 81 crore people until December 2028. Each person will be given 5 kg of rice or wheat every month.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G) is a scheme that offers subsidized housing in rural areas. A fresh survey began in January 2025 to identify more beneficiaries.
Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY): Helps farmers with crop insurance so that they can recover from losses due to natural disasters.

Free Bus Travel in Tamil Nadu: Women save around ₹888 per month through free bus rides. The state also pays ₹1,000 monthly to more than 1 crore women under the Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thittam.
Subhadra Yojana by Odisha: Gives an annual deposit of ₹10,000 for five years into the bank accounts of women from 21-60 years of age.
Zero-Poverty Campaign in Uttar Pradesh: Identifies the most abject families in respective villages. Facilitates housing, health, and financial support for them.
Maharashtra’s Mission Vatsalya: Deploys mobile vans to assist street children with education, health care, and rehabilitation.
Teacher transfer policy, Arunachal Pradesh: It introduces a transparent system for teacher postings through an automated portal.
